Yes, NY's cold weather finally pulled through and on Thursday we got our first snowfall! Although we all were overjoyed the snowy weather was on/off. It usally came down as clumps or rain (which resulted in the ground being slushy). I snowed throught the night and Friday morning was A beautiful sight, all the trees were frosted with snow. It truly looked like a painting. We didnt have much snow (almost 1/2 inch) but we were still had hope of this being a white winter. Later this afternoon It rained and now the ground Is green again. There Is no snow on the trees and I didnt have time to take a picture although I did get one of myself in the snow.
